Sandwell School Nursing Team can provide support to children and young people with special educational needs in a number of different ways including the management of medical needs within school. A referral can be made through Mrs. K. Beard (Assistant Headteacher of EYFS and Inclusion) or a GP.

Community Continence Service
The Community Continence Service consists of specialist nurses who provide professional advice, support and education to Sandwell children, young people and their families about promoting continence and managing incontinence. Referrals to this service are also made through Mrs. K. Beard (Assistant Headteacher of EYFS and Inclusion) or a GP.
