Parliament Week
All pupils took part in parliament lessons throughout the week. Some classes watched a video about parliament - linking the British Values and some classes discussed the our local MP, James Morris.
Year 4 and 6 decided to write to James Morris about environmental issues around our local area and how James Morris could help with this.
James Morris enjoyed reading our letters so much that he came to visit us! We had the opportunity to learn more about his job role and ask him lots of questions about how he could help our local area. It was such a fantastic and informative afternoon; well done Year 4 and 6 for thinking of such amazing questions to ask him!
