Children's Mental Health Week

This year's theme is ...

Sometimes you may feel sad or unhappy.  Try talking to a grown up about how you are feeling.  You can always get in touch with us at school.  You could also try expressing yourself in many different ways.  Have a look at the colouring poster below for some ideas. Or even spending some time colouring may make you feel calm and happy. There is a story to read below too.

Please remember that we all think you are amazing and we are extremely proud of each and everyone of you.heart
