Use the resources below to have a go at completing the PSHE activities! It is really important to talk about your emotions and feelings aswell, so if you ever feel upset or worried then please make sure you tell a grown up. You feel better once you have opened up and discussed your feelings. If you don't want to talk to someone, then you could write your feelings down or even draw a picture.
