Mental Health and Wellbeing

Now, more than ever, it is important to think about and protect our emotional wellbeing.

Remember - It is OK, NOT be be OK.

If you are not feeling your 'normal self', or you know someone else who is struggling, have a look at some of the links below.

If you can't find what you're looking for, the staff at Reddal Hill are always there to listen and point you in the right direction.  Simply give us a call (01384 560053) or email the main reception office (info@reddalhill.sandwell.sch.uk).

Staff Wellbeing Champions.

We have a super team of Staff Wellbeing Champions, who have completed a psychological first aid training course.  They are available to support pupils, parents and staff with their emotional and mental wellbeing.  They can also direct you to the most appropriate form of support beyond Reddal Hill, if necessary.  We are here to help and support if you need us!
