At Reddal Hill, we have a leader who is responsible for career studies (Mrs T.Whitehurst - AHT).  She has completed the Start Small, Dream Big Programme of study and made links with external agencies to enhance our pupils' understanding of possible future career opportunities. 

During the academic year 2024 - 2025, we had many visits, ranging from nurses, water operatives, artists, social workers etc.  During the activities, our pupils learnt about the job specifications, as well as partaking in practical hands-on activities.  

Careers are interwoven into our curriculum, identifying aspirational people of interest, scientists and artists etc.  All of which support the curriculum and deepen our pupils' understanding.  If you would like further information, please see our curriculum page. 

Over the academic year 2025 - 2026, we aim to provide additional opportunities to promote career discussions through online learning and in-person visits. Keep your eye on this webpage for updates throughout the year.
