Anti-Bullying
Reddal Hill Primary School is a caring, nurturing and friendly school. We do not agree with or tolerate bullying and strongly believe that every child has a right to feel happy and safe. Reddal Hill is devoted to creating an environment where both pupils and staff feel safe, supported and fully alive.
In order to achieve this, we are taking a stand against bullying with the intent of reducing and eradicating, where possible, instances in which pupils are subject to any forms of bullying.

Anti-Bullying Week 2024
On Monday, we took part in Odd Sock Day! The pupils came to school in odd socks to celebrate diversity at our school and to promote inclusion. We then all created our own odd sock to remind us that being different is something to be proud of!
This week, the pupils completed a Kindness Booklet during their early morning work. They then made sure that we used different actions and gestures that showed kindness throughout the school day!
Throughout the week the pupils discussed various aspects of bullying e.g. Banter vs Bullying. We looked at how we can decide whether it is banter or bullying and what we need to do if banter is taken too far.
