Bounce for Books
On 27th and 28th January, our school took part in a whole school sponsored event - Bounce for Books. The idea, supported by our School Council, aimed to raise money in order for us to replenish some of our books in school to ensure that we have high quality texts to support our learning.
Each child in school bounced for a sponsored 5 minutes. In total, we as a school, raised an enormous £2269.39!!!
More books have already been ordered to help with your child's reading journey at Reddal Hill.
A massive well done to all pupils who raised money for this event!!
A child from each class who raised the most money received a certificate and a prize for their efforts.
A big well done to BUTTERCUP class who raised the most money as a class. They raised a whopping £310!
An additional thank you goes to the PTA, who sourced and paid for the bouncy castles, so this didn't have to come out of our fundraising money! We really appreciate you!
